A little limited release here from Hamish Young.
This is the kind of bubbles that you can sink without thinking. The fruit comes from the Freeman vineyard in the Hilltops region, it's made in a traditional Prosecco style - clean, fruity and fresh as can be.
Hamish's wines all offer great drinking in their youth. This fun little fizzer is no different.
If you are looking for a solid, no-brainer Prosecco that looks great and drinks just as well, check out this for a great local option.
Made from estate-grown Glera in the Hunter, La Volpe is Usher Tinkler’s take on fresh, fruit-driven Aussie Prosecco - bright, clean and built for easy drinking. The 2024 is light on its feet and ultra-refreshing, with just enough fizz to keep things lively without overdoing it.
It’s made in the Charmat method and bottled young to capture the crisp, floral charm of the variety. Green apple, citrus and white blossom lead the charge, with a dry finish that keeps you coming back for another sip.
No need to overthink it - just chill, pour, and enjoy. A great party starter or an easy match with snacks, seafood, or nothing at all.
Jo Marsh has a long history of making top quality sparkling wines.
In a past life, she was the sparkling maker at Seppelts, making some of the country's most iconic sparkling wines. For her own label, given her love of Italian varieties, it was always going to be a Prosecco in her range.
She makes this in a crisp, refreshing style. It's fresh and fruity, yet finishes dry making easy to keep coming back for another glass.
This is the perfect any time, anywhere sparkling and top value to boot.
Crafted by winemaker Alberto Marchisio, a Piemontese who has brought his expertise to the hills south of Vicenza, this Prosecco benefits from the unique terroir of the Colli Berici. The hillside vineyards, with their volcanic soils and north-facing slopes, ensure lower yields and optimal ripeness, preserving the delicate aromas and flavors essential to this wine.
On the nose, this Prosecco is fresh and fragrant, with white flowers, green apple, and a flourish of acacia. The palate follows through with light, airy bubbles and flavors of ripe pear and red apple, accented by a hint of lemon sherbet. The finish is dry and refreshing, with crisp acidity and a lingering aftertaste of baked apple and subtle lemon zest.
Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or enjoying a casual evening, this Prosecco is sure to impress with its refined character and vibrant freshness.
Although the colourfully frothy fizz of pet-nat seems to steal all the picnic fun these days, don’t write off Prosecco.
This Venetian charmer is a lovely reminder of how the hinterland behind the little lagoon, took the sparkling world by storm.
With its fun-loving appley fruit, this Amanti offers outstanding value for all your outdoor entertaining.
Named after Emperor Charles V, this fizz from Colli Vicentini is a lot more fun than it is regal. It comes from the hills around Vicenza , where the Glera grapes ripen slowly and keep their snap.
The winemaking is classic - Charmat method in stainless steel - but they age it a little before release to smooth everything out. It’s vibrant and fresh, loaded with green apple, wild flowers and a zesty citrus kick. On the palate it’s got a lovely creamy mousse that balances the dry finish.
It doesn't take itself too seriously. It’s the kind of bottle you crack for a garden party or just because it's Tuesday and you have some prosciutto in the fridge.
Also, it makes a delicious Aperol spritz!
