It’s a belter of a Prosecco...
About The Wine
Phillip White one called Domenic Torzi, "Australia's best bargain winemaker," and he's living up to that title here, with the new release of his NV Torzi Matthews Prosecco.
This is made using the classic Charmat method from fruit predominantly vinified in 2017. What's surprising is the complexity here in what can often be a one dimensional wine style.
It has a beautiful perfume and a moreish mix of bicusity goodness and fresh fruit flavours. A bargain for the bubbly lover. As Gary Walsh pointed out in his 93 point review, it's just "Flat out delicious."
