Crafted from the high-altitude slopes of the Piccadilly Valley, this seventh release of DAOSA Natural Réserve is a great example of Australian méthode traditionnelle sparkling.
A blend of Pinot Noir (57%), Chardonnay (35%) and Pinot Meunier (8%), this wine is sourced from vineyards sitting at over 500m elevation, planted in the 1980s and ’90s, and farmed to the same high standards as Terre à Terre’s acclaimed Crayères Vineyard.
Delicate and precise, this release showcases subtle wild strawberry and red fruit perfume from Pinot Noir, with expressive Chardonnay driving the mid-palate. The fine bead, creamy texture, and savoury undertones come courtesy of 15% reserve wines and extended ageing on lees giving a beautifully balanced fizz that’s fresh, complex and seriously elegant.

We stock three different sized gift boxes (single, three bottle and six), all are available for purchase for a flat rate of $8. They look great and make an awesome impression.
To add a gift box to your order, simply add at checkout. The special requests box is your friend, please give us as many details of what you are looking for and we will try our best, or get in contact to discuss it with you.

Our warehouse is automated so unless you tell us otherwise, we will ship your order. If you can't add more wine to your cart it means we are low on stock of that wine. For example, if you are only able to 3 bottles and no more that means we only have 3 bottles left of that wine. If it's a must have, please contact us and we may be able to order more in for you.
