Airlie Bank is Punt Road’s more approachable, ready-to-drink label — wines that still carry the estate’s quality stamp but are made for enjoying in the moment. The Yarra Cuvée takes Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from across the valley and treats them in the traditional method, with bottle fermentation and time on lees before release.

The style is bright and fruit-driven, but not simple. There’s crisp citrus and fresh apple from the Chardonnay, a little red berry from the Pinot, and a touch of savoury depth from the lees work. The bead is fine, the palate clean, with just enough texture to feel complete.

It’s the kind of sparkling you can pour at the start of a long lunch, keep on hand for an easy aperitif, or open midweek just because. Straightforward in the best way — made well, tastes great, and unbeatable value!

A fine chain of bubbles, delicate notes of honey toast, citrus blossoms, tangerine, grapefruit skin, fused butter, blanched almonds, and freshly baked bread. Those secondary characters from lees contact are well melted into the fruit, that toastiness, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and baked apple. A wine with a soft texture and a soft bead caressing the mid-palate. It is a sparkling wine produced with care, a decent finish, and well balanced in its residual sugar. The wine is made from the first pick of the season, harvested at night to preserve freshness, and fermented on solids to enhance texture. After blending with the solera base and six months of lees stirring, secondary fermentation in Charmat tank locks in its vibrant freshness. This process creates a crisp, complex sparkling wine with fine bubbles and bright acidity, making it an ideal choice for any celebration or casual gathering.
