Description

The 10X range is essentially a tour of the Mornington Peninsula in a glass. For the 2025 release, the team have pulled fruit from a broad sweep of their vineyards - covering both the higher and lower elevations, from Osborn and Hunts Road down to the cool Main Ridge sites like McCutcheon and Wallis. It is a snapshot of the region in a vintage described simply as "magnificent," where warm days and cool nights allowed for perfect ripening.

Winemakers Imogen Dillon and Martin Spedding know exactly how to handle this fruit to find the balance between richness and energy. Everything was hand-picked and whole-bunch pressed to keep the juice pristine, then wild fermented in French oak barriques and puncheons. They used just 10% new oak and a bit of lees stirring to build texture without masking the fruit.

The result is bright, focused and seriously delicious. You get those classic aromas of lemon sorbet, pink grapefruit and white nectarine, backed by a creamy, biscuit-crumb texture on the palate. There is a lovely savoury, saline edge to the finish that balances the fruit sweetness perfectly. It is fresh enough to drink on its own but has the weight to handle a piece of snapper with ginger and lime.

Vintage
The 2025 vintage was magnificent. Moderate warm days, cool nights and dry conditions throughout the summer and autumn provided ideal ripening conditions. Healthy and balanced canopies across all sites produced wonderful flavours and acidity and excellent fruit quality.
