This is the textural, more classic example of Chenin Blanc from the Vino Volta duo.
Garth Cliff and Kristen McGann are really passionate about Chenin Blanc. Showcasing the varieations created from different vineyards and with different winemaking techniques in and around the Swan Valley region. These are 25+ year old vines in the north of the region, from the Rockets vineyard, planted on sandy loam.
It's made in a fairly textural style, focusing in on the waxy, mouth-filling characters that make Chenin so distinctive as a variety.
It's shapely, pithy and very easy to knock back.

"The remarkable Rocket vineyard in the Swan and the stellar '23 vintage make for one very explosive and memorable wine. Lime zest, passionfruit curd, spiced pear and a mealy frangipane tart filling nuance to it, anchoring it all. A mineral charry cadence slips in and, through its wondrous acid line, drives the remarkable length to eventual completion. It finishes with preserved lemon and some crystalline ginger and nutmeg elements. Complex, powerful and resolute drinking."

If you can't add more wine to your cart it means we are low on stock of that wine. For example, if you are only able to 3 bottles and no more that means we only have 3 bottles left of that wine. If it's a must have, please contact us and we may be able to order more in for you.
