Sourced from their meticulously revitalised block in Gladysdale, this is a Pinot that celebrates purity and poise with every sip. Crafted with a delicate hand - just 20% whole bunches and minimal new oak - this wine radiates with the site’s natural beauty.
It’s light-to-medium bodied, with a very red-fruited and fragrant nose, and hints of alpine flowers and gentle spice. The palate is finely structured with ‘al dente’ tannins and a burst of bright acidity, making it a joy to drink now but also primed for a bit of cellaring.
With its pedigree and Dave’s talent behind it, this is high-quality Yarra Valley Pinot at its most honest and approachable. A brilliant choice for Pinot lovers looking for something precise, perfumed, and effortlessly charming.

If you can't add more wine to your cart it means we are low on stock of that wine. For example, if you are only able to 3 bottles and no more that means we only have 3 bottles left of that wine. If it's a must have, please contact us and we may be able to order more in for you.
