On each item in the store we advise an expected dispatch date. If we have advised "DISPATCHED NEXT BUSINESS DAY" then that means we have stock immediately available in our Sydney warehouse and we will dispatch your order by the next business day.
Alternatively, if the product is displaying "SHIPS IN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS" then that means we're waiting on more stock from our supplier and we should be able to dispatch soon but not immediately. It could also mean you have more bottles in your cart than we currently have on hand. For example, if you have 12 bottles in your cart but we currently only have 7 bottles in stock it will also advise "SHIPS IN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS".
If your order contains any products advertising delayed dispatch then this will hold up the whole order. If you would like us to split the order and send the in-stock items immediately then that is no problem - just contact us and we can arrange this.
We deliver most orders with Australia Post unless otherwise instructed by customers. If you would like us to use another company like Fastway our Couriers Please please let us know.
