Sete (Italian for "Thirst") is a small three person crew out of the Amaseno Valley, about an hour out of Rome.
Emiliano Giorgi, Arcangelo Galuppi and Martina D’alessio are endeavouring to revive old local vineyards left to rack and ruin during an economic downturn in their region.
Young heads servicing old vines, making wines without any additions in the vineyard or the cellar. Exciting times and exciting wines emerging.
