Highbank is a hidden gem of the Coonawarra wine scene.
A small, independent operation started by Dennis and Bonnie Vice more than two decades ago, this is one of the few organically-farmed vineyards on the hallowed Terra Rossa soils of this famous region.
The wines are a traditionalist's dream. They are statuesque, elegant and architectural and exemplify what modern Coonawarra could look like. Forward-thinking sustainable farming building towards classic wines with pedigree and longevity.
