Domaine de la Cote

Domaine de la Cote is the high-density Pinot Noir project from famous sommelier Rajat Parr and wine partner Sashi Moorman, located in the Santa Rita Hills, within the Santa Barbara wine region.

The domain is a collection of five vineyards in the far western reaches of the Sta. Rita Hills, seven miles from the Pacific Ocean, planted in 2007. The aim was to investigate a multitude of terroirs this land of faults and slopes naturally created.

In no time, their minimal intervention wines, all Pinot Noir, always 100% whole bunch, have established themselves as a preeminent producer of lighter style, lo-fi Californian Pinot Noir, with incredible reviews to match.
