The Broderick family have farmed their little piece of the Adelaide Hills since the 1980's.
Phillip, the Broderick patriarch, has made a more classical style of wine from his fruit for the last few decades and now son Shalto has started making his own juice along side him.
Shalto's stuff is a bit looser in style, more in line with the frisky 'vin-de-soif' style of wine coming from the Basket Range community. The wines are fun and playful and made without any additions. These are quintessential picnic wines built for swishing in tumblers in the sun.
