2021 Babo Chianti
The Babo Chianti is smooth, savoury and seriously easy to drink. One of the few Chianti to be bottled under screw cap, ensuring the pristine wine that Justin bottled in Italy finds its way to your glass.
This is smashable Sangiovese 101 at a very fair price.
The freshness and juiciness is a result of half of the wine seeing carbonic maceration. Filled with cherry, earthiness and that classic savoury Sangiovese finish, it's a cracker wine for when you're feeling a little Italianate.
2021 De Forville Barbera d’Alba
This is the bright, crunchy Barbera from the Anfosso family, based in Barbaresco.
A flurry of red fruits, fresh juicy acid, all the calling cards of the Barbera grape a laid on the table here for you to enjoy.
These table wines from De Forville offer excellent drinking for the prices asked. The Barbera is the friskiest of the bunch. It's a simple pop and pour proposition that's ready for any night of the week.
2022 Molino a Vento Nerello Mascalese
Tantalising Sicilian red made from the local hero variety Nerello Mascalese.
Think of juicy and savoury Pinot Noir with a wee bit more tannin and you're on the right lines. It's got a super bright and spicy palate and a lovely smooth finish.
Great value and great drinking from the largest island in the Med.
2020 Le Due Arbie Chianti Superiore DOCG
Le Due Arbie is the second label of the large Chianti estate Dievole.
This expression of Chianti classico, adds Merlot to the traditional Sangiovese, for a slightly softer profile and a rounder body. Fermented with indigenous yeasts in cement tulips, and aged for 12 months in un toasted, large format French oak.
It's a soft and juicy style, not overtly tannic, and ready to enjoy now with gusto!
2022 Ciu Ciu Piceno Montepulciano Sangiovese
This organically-farmed pitch-perfect casual red wine comes from the easternmost region of Central Italy, the Morro d'Alba region of the Marche, between the Apennine Mountains and the Adriatic sea.
By combining the soft, plummy characters of Montepulciano with the tannin and savoury characters of Sangiovese, the Bartolomei family make a big but balanced red that is going to be a big hit at your next BBQ.
For the bucks asked, this is a little ripper of a red, and it's organic and certified vegan to boot.
2020 Ciello Rosso
Just inland from Palermo in the north-west of Sicily lies the sandy old vineyard the Ciello crew source their Nero d'Avola grapes for this smashing value red.
Bright and smashable, full of red berries and juicy plums with an undercurrent of rustic earthiness to give it some extra charm.
The perfect wine to take to your favourite BYO Italian place or crack open over a meal with loved ones. Great value.

Ordering
We want Different Drop customers to always be getting the best price. If you see a lower price elsewhere, just get in touch and we will sort it out for you. We handle all our price-matching on a case by case basis.
Some things to keep in mind:
- Retrospective price-matching is available for 30 days after you have purchased from us.
- The price match cannot be used in conjunction with a coupon or one-off deal we are offering. The idea is for you to get the best price in the market so if that is already achieved through a coupon then we won't price match on top of that.

We'll treat each price match request on its merit and reserve the right to refuse where we deem fit. For example, particularly rare wines, from non-trust-worthy vendors, in circumstances we deem illegitimate or if we feel our policy is being unfairly taken advantage of.
At the end of the day, we'll look after you and use common sense to ensure you're getting the best price, please just don't take the p%$$!
No, feel free to mix it up! There is no minimum requirement. You can order wines in any quantity or combination, 1 or 50+ bottles.
We stock three different sized gift boxes (single, three bottle and six), all are available for purchase for a flat rate of $8. They look great and make an awesome impression.
To add a gift box to your order, simply add at checkout. The special requests box is your friend, please give us as many details of what you are looking for and we will try our best, or get in contact to discuss it with you.

If you can't add more wine to your cart it means we are low on stock of that wine. For example, if you are only able to 3 bottles and no more that means we only have 3 bottles left of that wine. If it's a must have, please contact us and we may be able to order more in for you.
