Damon is arguably the Clare Valley's most dynamic next-generation producer. There's nothing quite like these wines in the Australian landscape at the moment. A fusion of freedom and tradition, old-school Clare Valley melded to quasi-Italian and French influences, resulting in a set of wines that are as refreshing and energetic as any you will find in the country.
We have a suite of new wines, all available in very small quantities - just a few dozen per wine to go around. Highlights include the 2023 Watervale Riesling that picked up a tremendous 95-point review from Mike Bennie recently. The 2023 La Korse, the vividly vibrant Corsican-inspired Sangiovese blend. We have new vintages of some of the country's best examples of Vermentino in the form of Pigato and the 94-point Rolle, and a mesmerising selection of frisky Sangiovese and Sciacarello reds.
