Vanessa Altmann loves the lost children of Australian wine. She has built her small, colourful label on the back of unloved parcels of fruit from organic vineyards where many assume the region/variety pairing is off the mark. If there's a Pinot Noir in the Eden Valley, she'll take it. A Viognier from Langhorne Creek, she'll make something tasty out of it. Made with as little additions as possible (some wines even preservative free), the Switch wines are a category all of their own.
