If you’re not 100% satisfied with your wine, we offer a full cash refund for up to 100 days after your purchase with all return shipping costs covered.

We only sell wines that we love and are confident others wine tragics will love as well, however, we fully appreciate everyone’s tastes and expectations are different, so if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, just email us at team@differentdrop.com or call us on 1300 668 385. If you ordered a straight six pack or dozen we’ll arrange for one of our friendly minions to pick up the remainder of the case and fully refund your purchase. Alternatively, if it's just one particular bottle in your mixed pack that irks you we will provide a full discount on that bottle.

How it Works:
  • Returning wine is 100% Free. No freight or hidden costs.
  • Full refund available for up to 100 days after purchase.
  • We can refund your credit card or suggest an alternative wine you may like better.
  • Please contact us, not the winery – we will take it from here ☺
  • Product must be in original box or packaging.
  • We can't accept straight six pack or dozen returns where more than 2 wines have been opened .
  • Once you have contacted us, we will arrange a pickup within 2 business days.
  • Once we’ve received the return we will fully refund your purchase. The whole process generally takes less than 1 week, depending on your bank. 
  • Please note that the credit card company may take an additional few days to process the transaction. We will notify you when it has processed from our end.

Finally, we offer this generous returns policy because we have the utmost respect for our customers and believe fair play and integrity is the only way good business operates. We ask that you only take advantage of it if you are genuinely unsatisfied. We reserve the right to refuse a return if we believe the policy is being abused.
