Relaunched in 2018, this isn't your typical sharp, acid-driven Chardonnay fizz. It’s got the house DNA all over it.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThey source fruit from 10 different crus - including Oger and Vertus  - and blend in about 25% reserve wines averaging 5 years old. Then it sits in the cellar for 3 to 4 years before disgorging.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWhat is released at the end of all of that is a Blanc de Blancs that feels generous rather than lean. It’s got a suave, velvety texture  - almost creamy  - with notes of white peach, hazelnut and candied citrus.
