Silky and expansive on a finish resounding with orange and mineral notes.

About The Wine
Dosnon is based in the slightly warmer southern part of Champagne, the Cotes des Bars, so the fruit is riper and richer in general.
Yet this delicious Pinot Noir dominant Rose bubbles holds so much tension and minerality! It's got orange peel and spicy Pinot Noir red fruit characters and a lingering finish.
A wine of surprise and distinction, and the price is great.
About Champagne Dosnon
Champagne Dosnon (previously known as Dosnon & Lepage) is the brainchild of Davy Dosnon, whose family has been in the southern part of the Champagne region called the Cote des Bars for many hundreds of years.
After many years making wine in Burgundy, Davy returned to his homeland, releasing his first wines from the 2007 vintage.
Along with his business partner Nicolas Laugerotte, they make rich but crunchy expressions of Champagne, reflecting the rolling limestone hills of the area (which is not too far from Chablis).
Young Davy has a modern outlook on an old industry, moving towards complete sustainability across all areas of the business.
