About The Pack
Lino Ramble boast one of the most eclectic ranges in all of McLaren Vale.
From delightful, gluggable versions of the local hero variety Shiraz to a plethora of emerging varieties from McLaren Vale and the Adelaide Hills, they make a great fist of seemingly anything they put their hands to.
Some of these cuvees are extremely limited with as little as 52 dozen made.
2017 Lino Ramble Pee Wee Novolo Nero d'Avola
The Pee Wee sits somewhere between a red and a Rosé.
It's Nero d'Avola with only a couple of days on skins. The mission was to make a Summery red wine that could take a chill and Andy and Angela have nailed it.
Think strawberries, and raspberries with a feather-dusting of spicy pepper and you're in the right direction.
This is one of the most smashable versions of Nero we've seen in a while.

2017 Lino Ramble Shiraz by Vinyl
If you've been enjoying the wines of emerging McLaren Vale producer Lino Ramble then here's another little beauty of a drink for you!
Being a McLaren Vale producer through and through it seemed only a matter of time until Andy and Angela added a straight Shiraz to their ever-growing range, but this 2017 'Vinyl' Shiraz is far from your typical MV milkshake.
It's bright, fragrant, no more than medium bodied, and full of lively, jubey dark fruits.
Gary Walsh called it "Super" in his 92+ point review and that really sums it up nicely. The value here is excellent, the sheer drinkability even better.Read more about 2017 Lino Ramble Shiraz by Vinyl

2017 Lino Ramble Domino Montepulciano
This is one of the better versions of Montepulciano you will find anywhere in Australia at the moment.
This is organically certified fruit from McLaren Vale. Monte is such a perfect variety for McLaren Vale, it loves the warm days during harvest.
And it's such a great variety for Australia - the combination of rich fruit and spicy/savoury finish that is typical of the variety compliments modern Australian cuisine perfectly.
Mike Bennie awarded this 93 points.

2016 Lino Ramble Knuckle Bones Nebbiolo
This is a fairly classically made Nebbiolo from the Adelaide Hills.
Andy Coppard seems to have gotten his head around the variety pretty quickly. This is a fabulous wine.
Importantly, this has great drinkability and yet maintains the distinct DNA of variety. It's medium bodied, littered with moreish, chewy tannin and brimming with bright fruit.
Noted Nebbiolo enthusiast Gary Walsh rated this 93 points - a very high score from him for an Australian Nebbiolo.
And rightfully so, it's just a great thing to drink!Read more about 2016 Lino Ramble Knuckle Bones Nebbiolo
