About The Pack
The Graillot family, one of the most recognisable names in the Rhone Valley, love them some Beaujolais.
After years of drinking and swapping their wares with some of the best producers in Beaujolais, the Graillots sought out some land in the area bordering Juliénas and overlooking the town of Saint-Amour.
Alain's son, Antoine, spearheads their Beaujolais project, making the wines in a traditional way, using 100% whole bunches and semi-carbonic maceration to attain a classic sense of the region in each glass.
These are top quality Beaujolais - all three are both powerful and complex expressions of the region.
2017 Domaine de Fa Fleurie Roche Guillon
Their Fleurie vinyard was procured a few years after their Beaujolais project started.
This site, high up on this famous slope, produces wines with a serious sense of minerality.
The wines from here have fine, persistant tannins and a structure you would more commonly associate with the wines of the Cote D'Or.
It's an exceptional Cru Beaujolis which will blossom beautifully inside the bottle for many years to come.Read more about 2017 Domaine de Fa Fleurie Roche Guillon
2017 Domaine de Fa Saint-Amour
The Saint Amour is the Cru offering from the Côte de Besset area. A vineyard that sits up at 450m ASL, this is the lightest, most ethereal Gamay from the Graillot family.
It's fragrant, delicate and shows a fine filigree of tannin.
It's an intoxitcating red which should be enjoyed from a large Burgundy balloon for maximum pleasure.Read more about 2017 Domaine de Fa Saint-Amour
2017 Domaine de Fa Beaujolais En Besset
This was the original cuveé that the family bottled.
The vines that produce this wine sit in both ‘Beaujolais-Villages’ and ‘Beaujolais’ AOCs. It's a classic, ultra-perfumed, brightly-fruited Beaujolais that shows transparency and purity in the glass.
Delicious to the core, this can be consumed now or in more than a decade's time.Read more about 2017 Domaine de Fa Beaujolais En Besset
