Rojer makes wine at M \u0026amp; J Becker and Millie works in wine sales and textile design, which is why the label looks like nothing else on the shelf. The name means \"happy\" in Gujarati, and that pretty much sums up the spirit of this wine.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFor the 2026, Hilltops Nero d'Avola went through a wild yeast ferment in the kothi and was bottled unfined and unfiltered, with only a small dose of sulphur at the end. It's a delicious medium-bodied red with dark cherry and plum fruit, a bit of earthy spice and the soft, slightly grippy texture clay tends to give.
