The 2026 vintage was extremely late and cool, which worked in their favour - high natural acidity and lovely aromatics work well for a variety like Fiano that can easily become quite broad and waxy.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003eIn the cellar, the fruit saw partial skin contact, wild ferment in stainless steel, followed by full malolactic fermentation for texture.
