A cool summer stretched out the 2026 season, before a warmer March helped build flavour ahead of picking in late April.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eHand-picked grapes were whole-bunch pressed and fermented with wild yeasts. After two weeks, chilling stopped the ferment with 53 g\/L of residual sugar, preserving the balance between sweetness, freshness and low alcohol.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eLime and orange blossom lead into a little tropical fruit, with the sweetness most apparent on entry before the acidity takes over.
