It’s a specific vineyard behind a modest estate label, which \u003ca data-encoded-tag-name=\"meta\" data-encoded-tag-value=\"\" data-encoded-attr-charset=\"dXRmLTg=\"\u003e\u003c\/a\u003egives this estate white plenty of substance and says plenty about the care they put into this range.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe grapes spend several hours on skins before a slow, gentle press, followed by fermentation in stainless steel and five months on lees.
