Different blocks of the vineyard were picked and fermented separately to create options in the winery. A batch that went through extended maceration forms the backbone of the blend, giving it structure and savoury depth, while a smaller 100% whole bunch component adds aromatic complexity and chalky tannin texture to the finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003eThe result is an elegant, composed Pinot with fine, understated tannins and good length.
