The approach keeps things fresh and aromatic without over-extracting or adding unnecessary oak character.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003eIt's a bright, lively red: light on its feet, fragrant, with fine tannins that give it enough grip and focus to feel complete at the table.
