While the name is '186', for the 2025 vintage, the fruit actually sat on skins for a massive 201 days.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt is a technique Taras loved, and Amber is keeping that spirit alive as an homage to his process. When they finally cracked it open and pressed it off, they extracted a tiny amount of liquid that is totally unique. The texture here is just something else - it’s ethereal and fine, almost more like a Pinot Noir than a standard Grenache.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e It’s unfined, unfiltered and incredibly pure. There’s only 120 bottles of in existence - that's right, just 10 dozen made.
