It’s a relatively short stay in barrel, keeping the fruit at the centre of the wine.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eDark berries and plum come with violet, black pepper and a little incense. There’s plenty of flavour and texture, with ripe, gently chewy tannins carrying a particularly long finish.
