It's made simply – wild ferment, old oak, nothing flashy – so the site can speak for itself, and by 2025 it's found real form.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis vintage is complex and intense, with honeysuckle and fresh quince lifting off the glass, and a finely structured palate built on citrus pith, ripe grapefruit and a touch of wax.
