Now in its ninth release, this pale pink sparkling comes from a single site of black-skinned Muscat in Western Australia’s Ferguson Valley.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe elevated vineyard enjoyed warm days and cooling conditions in 2025, giving the fruit time to ripen while keeping its freshness. A small addition of Great Southern Riesling brings extra acidity to the blend.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe grapes get a short soak on skins before a slow, wild fermentation in tank and old barrels. Bottling before fermentation finishes captures the natural fizz, with no fining or filtration and only a little sediment this year.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eMuscat’s floral, grapey character comes through with strawberry, orange blossom and mandarin peel. The bubbles are soft, there’s a little savoury texture, and the finish is refreshingly dry.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eChill it well and open it with friends, patio optional.
