It fermented naturally for nearly a month before moving into oak for 11 months. By keeping the oak maturation shorter than the flagship (which gets 18 months), Nic has preserved the vibrant, primary soul of the fruit.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe result is a quintessential Margaret River Cabernet that is supple, smooth, and incredibly varietal. You get those classic deep mulberry and dark chocolate notes, but with a freshness that makes it very easy to like right now.
