The 2025 vintage was warm and dry, which has given the wine a supple, generous texture to go with its natural acidity and freshness.  The winemaking is hands-on without being heavy-handed. 25% whole bunches, a few weeks on skins and then aged for nine months in 15% new oak. There's earthiness and spice too, and the tannins have a bit of grip and texture.
