Unlike the lean, laser-like focus of Polish Hill, the G110 has more \"swagger\" and concentration. It spends extended time on lees, which builds a chalky, layered mouthfeel without sacrificing Grosset’s signature purity. You get intense lime blossom and white flowers on the nose, but the palate is where the action is - pulpy, powerful, and incredibly long.  \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWith only 150 cases produced, this is a genuine rarity in the Clare Valley. It’s a singular, biodynamic expression of a single clone that shows a more muscular side of Riesling. In the mouth, the wine is savory. It exists more on the spice register than the fruit; it speaks of turmeric and dried mint, crushed fennel seeds and something toasted, like wood-fired chestnuts. There are notes of pink grapefruit, dried lavender, lime zest and seaside daisies.
