Everything is hand-picked, then fermented in small batches through the season to keep each release fresh and aromatic.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe 2025 brings pear, apricot and orange blossom, with a little honey and a soft, gentle fizz.
