Tight spacing and naturally low yields give Serré its concentration, with more than forty years of vine age adding to the appeal.

The 2025 includes some whole bunches layered into the ferments, followed by ten months resting on lees in French oak, 40% new. It’s a warmer-season release, with plenty of fruit to support that oak and the structure to benefit from time in bottle.

Dark cherry and plum come with dried herbs, spice and a little earthy, mineral character. There’s real weight and depth, held firmly by fine-grained tannins and fresh acidity through a long, savoury finish.

This is serious Pinot, and patience will pay off.
