Winemaker Matt Holmes kept the whole-bunch influence to a well-judged 20%, letting the natural concentration of the fruit do the heavy lifting.  \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAs always, the wine opens with an incredibly intriguing, unsweet aromatic profile of earth and smoke, but there are some lovely subtle berry aromas at play in 2025 too.
