Eleven months on fine lees in old, large-format oak followed, allowing the wine to develop without new oak flavour competing with the fruit.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCherry and raspberry sit alongside rose, orange peel and dried herbs, with an earthy edge adding savoury detail.
