Normally the fruit goes into some very high-end labels, but here it’s been given the Phase Three treatment: hand-picked, whole bunch ferment, and a stretch in barrique before bottling.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe style is a little darker and richer than the other reds in the range, but it still keeps that mineral line and freshness that defines Phase Three.
