The two varieties aren't co-fermented - they're barrel fermented separately and then blended to taste. It used to go by Adam's Rib White, and now it's simply labelled Chardonnay. Keep it simple I suppose!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe 2024 has a slightly saline nose of apple, pear and stone fruit, with a creamy, lees-derived edge and a hint of cashew. In the mouth it's generous and textural, and you can pick the Viognier's spice sitting in there.
