Winemaker Sarah Fagan has kept the winemaking simple: hand-harvested fruit, fully destemmed, and aged in seasoned French oak puncheons for seven months. By avoiding new oak, the pure, high-toned fruit is the hero.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis is a classic \"pizza and pasta\" red, leading with bright raspberry, cranberry, and dark plum notes. It’s medium-bodied and supple, but with some firmness to the finish that gives it real shape and food-friendliness.
