On the palate, it’s medium-bodied but unrelenting, with fine, mineral tannins and a cool, slate-like freshness that sets Gaia apart from more opulent Australian Cabernets.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCritics are unanimous. Tyson Stelzer (98 points) praised its “powder-fine tannin structure” and monumental longevity, while Huon Hooke (96 points) highlighted its elegance and fine, powdery tannins.
