Claire Mulholland and the team have handled this gently - fermented with native yeasts and aged in mostly seasoned French oak - to make sure the unique \"sandy soil\" thumbprint isn't masked by wood.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt’s a vibrant, detailed Pinot that starts with bright red cherry and floral lift before shifting into darker plum, blackberry, and a savoury hit of tapenade. The tannins are silky and lacy, but there’s a distinct mineral focus and a touch of white pepper that keeps it grounded.
