About This Wine
Out of the Bendigo GI, this clean and fresh pet-nat is a blend of Chardonnay and organically farmed Riesling.
One of the big challenges with making pet-nat is once you put it in bottle to finish ferment, you have no control over whether it’s going to be a gusher or not. The key is getting the R/S levels right when you deicide it’s time to bottle.
Bursting with the tastes of summer, and the right amount of fizz, we’re pretty confident Trutta nailed the bottling time perfect with this one!
