It’s a wine of charm of interest.

About The Wine
This lovely release from Sinapius features fruit from the gorgeous Tasmanian vineyard planted by Linda Morice and the late Vaughn Dell.
Gamay is becoming more and more popular these days, Vaughn was ahead of the curve to plant it on his 'close-planted' block and his foresight is now paying off.
It's beautiful, bright and fragrant, a very high quality early drinking red with plenty of chalky structure to back up the vibrant red fruits. Just yum.
About Sinapius
Sinapius is a premium boutique Tasmanian winery started by two young, passionate winemakers.
The couple, Vaughn Dell & Linda Morice, purchased the site when they were only 24-years-old and chose to plant their vines in the Burgundian fashion opting for high-density planting and low yielding crops. Their small labour of love has budded into one of Tasmania's most exciting viticultural projects.
Their wines are of extremely high quality, made in small amounts and showcase their unique patch of dirt with transparency, purity and power.
Since Vaughn's tragic passing Linda has carried on their dream, expanding the range and solidifying their standing as one of Tasmania's best producers.
