All the elements are dead on and fulfilling. A ravishing Gris.

About the Wine
From the PG Queen comes this classically rich, honeysuckley wine with just 2 grams of residual sugar.
Whole-bunch pressing for texture along with 20% French oak maturation and regular lees stirring, has led to a generous, fulfilling wine.
Tussie Mussie is a north-facing vineyard in Merrick North, planted to Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris, rich in red, ferrous soils. This old, iron-rich soil gives a mineral feel that enlivens the wine.
This is a luscious offering of Pinot Gris from Quealy, and it's the perfect wine to enjoy with friends and family while you kick back this summer.
About Quealy
Kathleen Quealy is the winemaking soul of Mornington Peninsula, and was the first person to plant Pinot Gris in Australia. Kathleen and her husband Kevin McCarthy launched T'Gallant winery in the 90s, pioneering this famous variety. Quealy Vineyards is based in Merricks North, with the winery and cellar door in the centre of the viticultural action.
Kathleen has continued to innovate - along with PG, Quealy is renowned for super-interesting expressions of Muscat and Fruilano, experimenting with different degrees of skin-contact and fermentation styles. A true industry legend!
