About The Wine
A blend of Macedon Ranges Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from Western Victoria, mixed together for a uniquely smashable light red wine!
There's plenty to enjoy here, with loads of bright red fruit, sweet spice, all underpinned by a subtle earthy savouriness. Definitely works best with a bit of chill on it, too.
The two different grapes are fermented separately in stainless steel before being blended, with a bit of whole bunch used for the Pinot. Half of the blend undergoes a bit of ageing in neutral oak, with the rest in stainless. Sulphur is at a minimum, with a little bit used at fermentation and prior to bottling.
