About This Wine
Don’t let looks deceive you, even if it walks like a duck, it might not talk like a duck if you get our drift.
The Pink Maceration from James and Jess at A.R.C (A Random Collection), may look at first glance like a rose, but it’s anything but. Pinot Gris on skins is a whole other kettle of fish.
With hints of eucalyptus, orange blossom, and raspberry, it almost drinks like a light red, yet it has freshness of a white, and the grip of an amber. Super versatile and truly unique.
These A.R.C wines sure are fun, and with their vines now mature enough for them to produce wines from the grapes they grow, this is just the tip of the iceberg in terms of exciting releases from the Audas family.
About A.R.C.
James and Jess were two Melbourne somms who decided to start growing the stuff rather than pouring the stuff. A small family and a small wine label has emerged.
They've leased a small biodynamic vineyard just outside of Warragul and have launched and interesting, eclectic label - A.R.C. or A Random Collection.
The wines are grown with love and respect for the local floral and fauna is at the front of mind. This colourful collection of wines are built for drinking young and enthusiastically. Jump in.
