About The Wine
As Trediberri say, "this unoaked, fruity and drinkable nebbiolo is meant to be an easy (yet not trivial) wine to share with friends", and we can't help but agree.
Langhe Nebbiolo has a reputation for being lighter and more approachable than Barolo or Barbaresco, and this is great for those times when you don't want to drink a tannic beast. The Trediberri Nebbiolo Langhe presents red fruits (strawberry, cranberry), some spice, pleasing acidity, and low but ripe tannins, all with a focus on drinkability.
Chill it slightly if you like, and enjoy with a charcuterie platter.
About Trediberri
Born only in 2012 the Trediberri cantina of La Morra pulls together three Piedmontesi (Nicola Oberto & his father Federico and their associate Vladimiro Rambaldi) who’ve invested in 5ha of Berri vineyards, in the hamlet of La Morra.
In addition to the 5ha, the Oberto family have 2ha of one of the Langhe’s top vineyards: Rocche dell’Annunziata; located in the very heart of the vineyard.
They follow a low impact, organic approach to viticulture, while the wines are made traditionally with extended macerations & large oak ageing.
