Disarmingly drinkable already, this has the potential to age and become a memorable Fourchaume in three to four years.

About the Wine
The Kimmeridgian crunch is there for all to see, in this racy, chalky Premier Cru Chablis, which sees no oak at all.
The Fourchaume vineyard sits bang on the famous Kimmeridgian soil that gives Chablis and Champagne their zing and bite. Add in some beautiful white flower aromatics and a long, pebbly finish and you've got a simply excellent example of what makes Chablis so popular.
Fourchaume? For Sure.
