About The Wine
This fascinating amber wine from Emma & Andrew is a blend of Semillon, Riesling and Muscat grown in the Barossa Valley.
He uses a few different winemaking techniques to end up with a beautifully textural little number - the Semillon sees carbonic maceration, the Riesling gets de-stemmed and fermented in old French barriques, while the Muscat sees skin contact for 6 weeks.
It's savoury, with notes of lemon and a little hit of gingery spice, with a nice line of acid to keep it all feeling fresh and zippy.
